Owners and operators who still do the work themselves: scheduling, cash, software, and “Why is this process a mess?” On the show, many types of problems are brought up, and different tools and processes are discussed in order to help listeners find the right method that fits their needs.

Each episode of the podcast brings something different for small business owners. Sometimes I interview real business owners about the best tools and business strategies they use every day. Other times, I break down common business problems and share practical solutions you can actually use. We also dive into business strategy topics, like the Five Forces framework, to help you grow smarter and stay competitive.

The episodes typically are between 20-30 minutes.  They can vary depending on a few variables such as time with the guest in an interview, but over all that is the normal time length.  Long enough to enjoy on a car ride, and short enough to get it all at once.
